MEET YOUR COACH
I'm a certified fitness professional. My main passion is guiding people towards a sustainable healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body and confidence, but to influence you in making more mindful and sustainable decisions when it comes to your health.
I grew up in San Francisco playing volleyball, basketball., hiking and biking the Himalayas, Costa Rican rainforest and our local Mt.Tam. My professional fitness experience started as a group fitness instructor at Fit4Mom for stroller based mommy+me Bootcamp training. I've done Personal Training at a corporate facility, and Group Training for both outdoor and indoor training, throughout the East Bay and San Francisco.
I've worked with many coaches- both as a client and a colleague- to continue expanding my knowledge base, leading an active lifestyle by example, and also collaborating with some of the best Personal Trainers in the industry.
BOOM Fitness is now based in Hayward, CA. where I live with my two toddlers and husband and am now actively involved with the small business community in the area.
My personal interests involve running events (trails, obstacle course races, and traditional road races), Bollywood Jam, yoga and mindful movement practices, and taking my two toddler boys, along with my husband, on as many adventures as possible.
My philosophy is to #KeepItMovin - always forward towards your goals. Learn what you can about the things that are relevant, and learn what you can control. Do this, and you can take yourself anywhere in life.
