The goal of this bootcamp is to jump start your nutrition and fitness, and change your mindset so you are supported, and launch into feeling confident, healthy and booming with energy!
HELLO SHORTS, TANKS & SUMMER BEACH DAYS!
Each challenger will work closely with Coach MissFit. Nutrition is based on eating clean, un-processed food with little to no added sugar. You'll crush weekly workouts to build lean muscles and crush your goals. There will be daily/weekly check-ins to keep you on track and make adjustments if necessary. Together, we'll set realistic goals for long-term sustainability. Every individual is different, which is why there are so many successful health stories. We will find what works for you! We'll do it together!
Remember Coach MissFit has lost 20lbs herself and kept it off (I've struggled my whole life so I get it)! With the support of our Tribe, by the end of this program, you will be booming with energy, sleeping better, more focused and feeling great!
