We intertwine fun cardio bursts and agility drills with ingenious compound movements working multiple muscles at the same time, leaving you dripping and smiling!
This high intensity interval training class welcomes all.
Get in on the FUN!
All fitness levels welcome. Classes run 1 hour. Bring water and a yoga mat pls.
