MissFit bootcamp classes are designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. I want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN! We use functional movements, strength training and intense cardio bursts to get you sweatin' and smiling all while watching the day end and the beautiful sun set!
All fitness levels welcome. Classes run 1 hour. Bring water and a yoga mat pls.
